Therapeutic Approach
If you have been worrying about your life and feeling distressed and anxious, you can speak with someone like myself who can offer you a private space to talk, and sort things through.
Insight Oriented Therapy, the therapeutic method that I am trained in, can help you have a look at your issues and help you think about them in a different way in order to try to make some changes to yourself. You can’t change anyone else, but if you change, others may change their behaviors in response to you.
I prefer to make our first contact by phone. Sometimes this isn’t possible so an email can then be followed up by a phone call. This can give you a sense of who I am and whether you would feel comfortable to work with me on your issues. |
